ESC Patient Portal Login Instructions

Step-by-step guidance on how to log in to the patient portal and view your payment summary.

Log in using your email and password. First time? Click “Change/Reset Password” to set up your account. Please don’t register a new account—this may create a duplicate.
Check your test results, Go to Personal Information > Additional Content > Reports and Tools, then click View Recent Test Results to see your lab results.
Send a secure message, Click the message icon at the top of the screen to access your inbox.
